Can you introduce yourself, and introduce your cable.
My name is Andre Zerwes, nickname Patas. im 43 years old and ride wakeskates for around 10 years. i surf and ride skateboards for 30 years at least.
Wakeskater Cable Park (WCP) is my two tower system, and is located inside the little farm i live with my family. its set up is focused on wakeskate. our proposal is to be a skatepark in the water.
When and how did you start?
my park is open for 5 years and it starts because i want a poolgap to ride here in brazil and want to work with wake and want to show wakeskate for people.
Where is your spot?
WCP is located in the city of Bragança Paulista, state of São Paulo, Brazil
What are the peculiarities of your spots? describe us?
we have a trilevel poolgap, with two drops with rails and kickers, and more rails in the lake. its like a skate park, with many lines you can do.
the cable is inside my house, so we work with reservations. our customers always have a exclusive session.
we have a barbecue place, swimming pool, mini ramp, trampoline, slackline, stand up paddle, and large green area around the lake here.
Why a spot like that? What do they bring to the riders?
its the most “skateboard like” way to ride a wakeskate for me. the trilevel with its ollies and rails and the lake to land flat tricks and more obstacles in the way, just like in a skatepark. it brings the skateboard feel for riders.
